HYDRATACE
Granule cerabone® lze aplikovat za sucha i za mokra. Hydratace v krvi nebo sterilním solném roztoku usnadňuje manipulaci a aplikaci granulí, protože se granule navzájem slepí a drží při sobě.
HUTNĚNÍ GRANULÁTU PŘI AUGMENTACI
Z důvodu ponechání prostoru pro regenerační proces se doporučuje pouze jemné hutnění (kondenzace) granulátu v kostním defektu. To umožňuje revaskularizaci a osseointegraci kostních štěpných částic pomocí trojrozměrné sítě pórů cerabonu®.
STABILIZACE GRANULÁTU
Granulát cerabone® by měl být v defektu vždy překryt membránou, aby byly částice zafixovány a zabránilo se vniknutí měkkých tkání do kostního defektu. Při ošetřování kostních defektů mimo hřeben alveolu může být výhodné upevnění membrány kostními piny nebo šrouby.
